I Need Help

Hello I am new to this whole weed growing to forgive meh if I use a word wrognly. anyways I am planing on growin sum weed and I wanna know when does the plant begin to bud? Also how wud I keep the plant short so its not noticeable(I will be growing outdoors)

The plant will start to bud when the light cycle is 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark.

To keep the plant short, you can top it (pinching the newest leaves off of the very top of the plant)... and by bending down the top (with a string).
