Not really a matter of keeping them honest. Some of us can guesstimate pretty good, but a scale protects you both. It's either that or the tried-and-true method of one person doing the divvying and the other doing the choosing.

lol ok so update, I just went and bought weed off of her last night, and it was good weed, and a good amount that I paid for... surprising huh?

I am making a commitment not to buy any more shit from my guy, not because i get shorted (he weighs right in front of me every time) but because im sick of getting pretty much the same shit over and over which is just getting old and i cant even get that high anymore, so why the hell am i going to pay for it? i am just going to take a break until i harvest in 6-7 weeks so not only will my tolerance be way way down because ive smoked every day at least since 2001, but also because i will be smoking cannabis cup winners as well rather than these wispy barely any trichome shit people are trying to sell as weed now a days.

straight up tell them you can get better stuff at a better price. tell them you can help them out if they're interested. or say hey that was a little short last time. its not a big deal but just wanted to let you know. or you could say it was for another friend and they were pissed off cause it was short. try and stay friendly about it. they are your friend, they should understand. no offense to your friend but most drug dealers are greedy assholes from my experiences. they only care about making more money and keeping themselves high. there is little compassion. took my years to get some good hookups. i know where a lot of my friends get their shit and it pisses me off they mark it up so high. and they're supposed to be caregivers yet they only care about profiting themselves instead of helping out patients. dispensaries are a huge rip off as well. at least the ones around my area are. you gotta meet some vendors. i pay like 1/3 sometimes 1/4 of a dispensary price. i dont know how ppl get so greedy.
