I don't know WTF I'm doing here.....

I know you've prolly heard me say it before, but cannabis prefers fungally dominant soil. The kashi helps give a mycelium layer at the soil surface, and helps the breakdown of organic matter(i.e. your plant food.), and making your soil fungally dominant and healthy.
I've seen that statement around before. Just wondered was it really tried and tested or just more things to go in the tent.

I'm interested.

This week it's aloe vera, and Dr. Earth Pump And Grow.

Haven't figured out how I'll add the aloe vera but I'm sure there's some guides somewhere around here.

And the pump and grow is 3-2-2 but I plan on using 5-10ml in a gallon of water. Shouldn't harm anything is what I'm hoping.

It really is a thing for living soil. Just like in nature. Go in the woods sometime and kick around some moist leaves. You'll see a white fungus underneath. That's mycelium breaking down organic matter.

Add the aloe to your waterings.

Sounds like readily available nutes. Are you seeing bad deficiency?

I get that, so Kashi is suppose to help incorporate that fungus into the soil?

Would like to use the gel and the leaf, is there a ratio for it?

No noticeable deficiencies in the areas I'm concerned about.
I just used up all the liquid kelp I had and was able to get an 8oz bottle of this for less than $1 compared to $19 for more kelp.

I figure 10ml per gallon shouldn't do any harm, hell might not even do any noticeably good things either.

Yes, I use grokashi but I just bought a bag of kashi blend that I'm going to start using. It'll help the mycelium to bloom. My first run with bas 3.0, I added grokashi and the bloom completely covered the top of the soil. It was crazy looking. If you don't have fungal dominance beforehand, you will after.

I dunno about the ratio for those. I use powdered, but I'm looking to get a plant for fresh natural source of aloe.

How many pumps is 10ml?

Haven't picked up the bottle yet. I'll know by the morning.

Not sure if I've already mentioned this to you or not, but my temps have been in the lower 70s for about a week or so now, instead of adding a heater or turning on the heat in the whole apartment I was wondering if I were to add this sunraise sw-300 would it do the trick.

I'll also be able to put one cob over each pot that doesn't have light directly above it.

I wouldn't use more than recommended. Readily available nutes can burn your plants if you're not careful on the dosage.

Yes I agree. I'm guessing 10ml is a lot less than whatever the two pumps come out to be. But I'll know for sure later.

Is there a npk?
3-2-2 I believe

It'll definitely add some kinda heat. Not sure how much though. The cobs will prolly do the job.

It's nothing too crazy then.
Cool.

If your fan is on a speed controller, reducing its speed will help. Its funny, for years with HPS heat was always too high, now with led heat isnt high enough. LOL.
I've heard the stories. I would much rather battle slightly cooler temps than hotter ones.

The yields from the HPS made it worth back then. Seems recent led tech has been able to match or even surpass that of HPS. Pricey though.

#1. Found gnats on the soil of one plant, not on either of these two plants though.

#2. I didn't use soft plant ties and did damage to a few leaves using the bread tie style wires, but I'm not certain which leaves or which plant I pierced exactly....

#3. Could also be from trying to spray plain water on leaves to remove soil after watering? Is that even a thing?

#4. PH problems? Lime and maybe high Ca from tap water?

Our tap water is great for plants, I saw you said you moved though..you still in chicago?
