K tell that to my ex who couldn't eat or sleep. That's even better for the baby......or lack of healthy activity, because of the lack of sleep and aches and pains.

As far as my acid quip I was trying to put the op's mind at ease by telling her that when my buddy's child WAS conceived both parents had copious amounts of lsd in their system and no harm, immediately or thereafter, came to said child. I don't think you're an ahole and I honestly think it's healthy for pregnant women to smoke when they are in pain but try and not smoke early in.. The cells are still dividing and putting together a very complex puzzle in your belly. Late pregnancy smoking is cool by me but I'm talking a few weeks before the bag tears and the floors get slippery .

Agree. Third trimester, my ex was encouraged by her doctor and my moms (nurses) to smoke small amounts if it helped her to eat and sleep better.

But I guess doctors and nurses know less than some of these weed smokers on here.

The benefits of proper nutrition and proper rest FAR outweigh anything a miniscule amount of cannabinoids in the bloodstream can do to the child. Especially if that little amount comes tar and resin free.

haha Landracer don't feel bad for toking it up while pregnant. My old sister toked all the way through pregnancy. lol I was toking with her on the day she went into labor. Nothing is wrong with her kids and actually they seem very intelligent now dat its 5 years later. Cool little squirts : )

A LITTLE bit of herb to help ease the discomfort and sickness of the mother isnt going to harm the baby.

If you really want something to worry about, Take a look at MSG, Fluoride, Aspertame, pollution, Anti-psychotic medications, Alcohol, the poisons that are sprayed on crops, and the list goes on and on. And not to mention all the garbage you find over the counter at a drug store.

While I dont agree with any recreational drug use during pregnancy, I dont think its fair to deny the medical benefits of cannabis to a pregnant lady should she need them. The morning sickness and nausea can be so bad as to hinder the woman from eating at all, and 1-2 tokes can help that.... My wife is on her 3rd pregnancy now, and I've seen all kinds of fucked up drugs that the drs will prescribe to a pregnant woman, and NObody can convince me that a responsible, sensible use of cannabis could be worse.
