..the shame! I've been cooking my steaks on high heat lately 500+F, i try and get em under an inch thick..like 2-3mins per side...delicious..the heat renders alot of the fat out..so f'ing tenderIll do brisket, pork, ect at that temp,..2-4hours..some hickory chips..MMMMM..but we got nothing on you Texans when it comes to BBQ..My buddy was just given an big old smoker. We're gonna get it cleaned up and see what we can ruin...lol..My ex wife was a gypsy, i approve of that statement..
