I always thought pork was supposed to be dry..as i got older, i realized my mother doesn't know how to cook. I like my pork just a little pink..but if i try to serve it like that i get all kinds of shit..chicken too..try to get it just going from pink to white. One thing I've learned is 90% of people don't know how food SHOULD be prepared...and most don't care. I've gotten to be kind of a foodie, and kinda snobby about food. I really don't like eating out anymore when i can cook better than most of the restaurants around here, for a fraction off the cost..and without leaving the comfort of home..If i want a bottle of wine or a few beers with my meal..no worries about driving..

we pan fry steak here a lot. but we do outdoor bbq all the time

Thats wild! Is it pretty close to beef in flavor? Ive had fried alligator tail before when I was in Florida. Do they fry salty tail in the land down under? I watched Crocodile Dundee the other day and laughed soo hard when he asks the black limo driver which tribe hes from haha!
