Needed more char..you pan fried it didn't you.....:cuss:..the shame! I've been cooking my steaks on high heat lately 500+F, i try and get em under an inch thick..like 2-3mins per side...delicious..the heat renders alot of the fat out..so f'ing tender

Ive never cooked a steak in a pan. I grill/smoke at about 180-200, but i am texan

Ill do brisket, pork, ect at that temp,..2-4hours..some hickory chips..MMMMM..but we got nothing on you Texans when it comes to BBQ..My buddy was just given an big old smoker. We're gonna get it cleaned up and see what we can ruin...lol..

A hot..HOT..iron skillet can almost match an open flame on a steak..almost..

Cayenne pepper, orange juice concentrate, brown sugar. Makes THE best glaze on a pork chop

Smoke it till the meat changes color and your good to go.. i love making pork, for some reason most are used to it being dry and flavorless. A super moist and tender pork chop gets my company everytime. Theyre usually used to an expensive delicious cut of steak, this throws em off and i get all the kudos
