Thanks. I'm posting a couple of bud pics in my journal. Would you mind giving a rough guesstimate for how long they have? It's in my sig.

Well in all honesty you did just ask for a link.. haha. Good to see so many others seeing this cheap tool as a great way to make sure your bud finishes off strong with a proper cure. Peace all.

Wow.. I thought I was curing my buds correctly till I bought a hygrometer. I was way off trying to cure wet buds or too dry ones, it was worse then I thought.
I read this article:

I tried this method on my last harvest few weeks ago of Critical+ and omg.. what a difference and process then I thought was so simple. It was simple cause it wasn't working effectively or at all.

Just wondering how many of you use these to cure your buds?!
Thanks for the info dude. Very helpful and will save so many headaches in the future.

Got my five today: accurate to within 1% (humidity) of each other - four display identical readings - and 0.2 degrees Celsius (temperature).

Fantastic instruments.

I wouldn't use a plastic bucket, too many tastes and flavors in the plastic itself. I would believe as long as you were right on top of it, turned the contents often, you could cure a lot of bud together. I have heard of people using turkey bags to cure large amounts, they are plastic so i have never done it, but there was turkey bags at the indoor gardening expo this year, probably a reason......
If you want a link i am sure i still have a sample bag from them.....

I have five.

The thread you posted pretty much rips this one off, but it doesn't detail humidity ranges:

Much appreciated. I worked on the method and tested it for almost 8 years before posting it on IC. It's amazing how many folks have come along claiming to have done something astonishingly similar since then, so I am grateful for the credit. Thank you.

To answer the question, I have about a dozen Calibers, a half-dozen of the small ebay digital jobs, and a couple of Hydroset IIs.

The original Simon? You're more than welcome!

That knowledge that you spent so long developing is about to come into direct use for my first proper grow - tomorrow my ladies are getting the chop!

It's because of people like you that rookies like me are given a chance (and hopefully a fucking bomb smoke on first attempt!). Dissemination of cultural items like yours gives the internet its true value.

Thank you for your research and generously sharing it with others.

p.s. Serapis - don't want to sound like a dick, but can we have a comment re: who's thread came first..? ;)
