This used to be the "H2O2 vs powdery mildew" thread.
Let's discuss Nazis.
No. This is the Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) Bath and Powdery Mildew thread. The H2O2 vs powdery mildew thread is the next one over. ;-)

what's there to talk about, they're dated and deprecated. Is there something new about them that i haven't heard about?

A slight divinely divergence. ; )

Ok, back in track...
Make sure you disassemble your fan (grills, fan blade, knob), folks, and wash them thoroughly. I used two fans to dry after the bath. The downstairs fan i had cleaned a week before the harvest. I've had it running for several weeks now and no problems with the buds.

The upstairs one i haven't cleaned for about 8 years, and the front and back grills and the blade was filthy. I put some smaller hand-washed buds in front of it from the same wash, and next day they were moldy again.
Luckily it was only about an ounce of buds, while the rest of the harvest was downstairs.
Live and learn.

I used potassium bicarbonate bath then H2o2 and then a water rinse to clean my outdoor
Can I ask is there a window of time post-harvest that one should try to rinse with H2O2 if you're gonna?? I've had some plants hanging for just a couple days and think I wanna try an H2O2 rinse to combat some mild mold + bud rot. Think it'll hurt if they've been hanging?? Still some plants to chop.. maybe I'll try to rinse those sooner.

Quoting myself. Don't add baking soda to the dilution, it will only decompose the H2O2.
My plan is to simply bath and rinse in 1% H2O2, then dry under fans, then continue to dry normally. No multi-step washing, I don't see the benefit. The H2O2 will do its thing and just decompose and/or dry off.
Eager to try your method! I like its simplicity.. one rinse! Say, you think it'll hurt to rinse plants that have been hanging a couple days (< 1 week)? I'm seeing evidence of mild mold + bud rot.. trying to combat. Still some plants to cut down yet and will try to rinse those sooner if that's preferred. What's been your experience with timing on your rinse(s)? Thanks!!

The method I use is from another member here on RIU.
As for a timeline I chopped and wet trimmed then dipped then dried.

Right or wrong. ? it's just when I did it

Yeah, it decomposes to H2O and O2, and basically is overall beneficial to the plant, right?
Well H2O2 breaks down that way. I use that in the second wash tub.
What we were speaking of was potassium bicarbonate. That is what I use in the first bud washing tub. It is a substitute for baking soda, for people on low sodium diets and more effective against fungal infections than baking soda. I mix it with alcohol (when spraying to kill any active pests) or Cease fungicide depending on the application I am using it for at the particular time.

Next year i plan on spraying PotBicarb on the plant (and possibly milk as a backup and thickening agent if i need to) to extend the harvest if i run into trouble, and then wash it all off with H2O2 after harvesting (which is basically just water) which should wash off any of the bicarb residue, which i dont want to be smoking.
I could be wrong on this, but i don't think smoking any type of bicarb would be good for you.
If you are doing it the other way around (H2O2 while growing and bicarb for the wash), then you're kinda doing it backwards, IMHO.
