htgsupply taking forever to ship

Naa they just suck and are slow lol.. They have gotten even worse in last year or so. They dont ship rarely answer emails in a speedy manor and ship alot of defective equiptment.. Yeah usually they will replace it but how long can you afford to not have a light on your plants while you wait for returning then reshipment? To each thier own Id never buy there or reccomend them

whenever mine was taking long it was because they were out of stock, i called and they told me this and told me they were upgrading me to the digital system for free!

Just buy your shit off of ebay folks...
