Optimal conditions you want 50 watts per square foot.

Go by actual draw not theoretic draw so use the 200ish power rating they say from the wall

Plant count doesnt matter 1 plant or 10 plants in the same area will require the same amount of light except less plant will need to veg longer.. with 270 power draw of that light my guess is 130g of bud if thats fine for you then thats fine.. keep in mind light is not everything , airflow, temps , RH%, watering, PH, feeding, etc all play their role in getting a good grow

That will give you a 2x2 area to light up. Next time READ the forums before you purchase a cheep light like that. Lordhooha is giving you sound advice.
