(i only read the first page)

what ever you do if you have a tax i.d.# issued
rather or not you use it , meaning if you make $0.00 or not
YOU MUST FILE TAXES on that #

at least in the states
i made the misstake of doing this very thing 5 years later
$800.00 fine i'm still fighting them on this every year this was state not federal taxes

I recently talked to a hotdog cart vendor and he said buisness is actually very well for him.He said he lives comfortably. You should sell water ice fuck ice cream.Get a bunch of other hot foods also, all the other bullshit kids buy like candy and shit.
Hell yeah..get a whole shitload of rita's shipped to you and you'd be an overnight success

You gotta check the laws in your city..I don't think you can just buy a cart and go set up shop on any sidewalk.

Think of what your customers want...

Hot summer day normally = icecream but lunch = hotdog and or burger

Keep your customers enticed, add some pop and bottled water in there and you should be good.

Each license will cost you money but it should not be too much in comparison to potential profit, just be sure to pick
a high traffic area and dont move it. If people know you are there and you supply a good service you should do Ok.

I own a business and in my area because it is a local bus I dont need a permit, but most if not all cities will require a permit especially if you
are selling food.
loool . I understand the whole hotdog part -rolls eyes- . probably gonna be like 1,500 for the cart + supplies + someone working . do vendors licenses cost money to apply ? also opinion , hotdogs or ice cream ? Im actually thinking icecream now . possibly both though .
lol..id personaly go for the hotdogs and burgers, only reason i dont eat much ice cream...:weed:
funny thread by the way, much more fun then reading it from a google page...

:?: will it be organic food ?

Great piece of advice. Theres this guy who recently opened up a hotdog stand in my town. Weve got a pretty good bar scene. He works from 10am - 3pm then comes back at 8pm until 2am. Ive got to know him alittle and he says he makes good money. He also goes to highschool and college sporting events, which is also good money.
His hotdogs are BOMB. His deal is 2 hot dogs, can of pop, and a bag of chips for 6 bucks.
Its GREAT drunken munchie food
