Ok guys sump pump failed :( damn old equipment guess you get to see me drain it from the top which is actually good for the tutorial anyways Pictures of that coming soon im borrowing a pump from a friend. If your not so lucky go to a rental place and rent a trash pump then you can set it all the way at the bottom and it will suck up the soot to and save some work for you later. I can't wait to show you guys the inside work this parts kinda boring the inside is when the magic happens stay tuned!
Dude - you are going to need a pump full time.

I've bought from them for 30+ years. Used to be Northern Hydraulics. Best prices for decent equipment. You need a sump pump full time though. Groundwater seepage.

Doing full seal on floor I've done it a few times before works great no pump needed if done right. needs a few coats and good to go if no space is available water cannot seep anywhere. and the level where the cistern is, is below freeze level so i dont have to worry about water getting in cement cracks and freezing and expanding the cement.

no I will be sealing it completely so i get no water seeping up through the floor. as soon as the doors cut you will see the sealing process.
