this is a simple guide on how to start up a few bag seeds in order to create a sample of your smoke ( if it was brick reggie ) to determine what actual type of strain / indica / sativa / , or auto it could even be! some reggie comes out very good infact! this setup runs 12/12 on a middle range kelvin 21Wat CFL, thats it! flowers fast and jus bend slow groath and i can lower the container! the middle is glas that lifts out so i can SCROG it which i wont but i can lower it like 3 feet! :D

**since i live in the mid west..farmers take wild hemp seeds and try and grow good reggie with it. but it just is way to weak unless thats all you ever smoked before you wouldn't even get high , so i found that out by popping a few seeds and testing it out! it was pure industrial hemp gone feral! so stringy and tall and less leaves and stringy ass seedy buds that smells like earth itself! :D barley got me high but after 4 bowl backs i could tell it wanted to be what it should have bin bred for!!!

but , thats a rare thing to come across in ohio and other states more often , but still... it does happen! wou may see it! anywas i have some regggie seeds here take a look at my babies! and how to sprout in a bowl with water in a cool damp area!

An aluminium roasting tray makes a good DIY light reflector. {the combustion point of aluminium is quite a bit higher than paper}

You said it's a simple guide but then you barely explained what you did. I appreciate that you are enjoying the hobby and want to talk about it, but you REALLY need to do some research before trying to grow anything else. There are ways to make a cheap, effective-enough grow without causing fire hazards and root rot.

Put the baby into a paper cup, party cup, or into a friggin' mound of dirt on a plate. Put the light within a few inches of the plant to get every bit of light possible. Use a cooking tin as a reflector as the dude above mentioned. Put a little fan blowing on the plant if you can. Good luck and have fun!

Tbh i highly doubt that seedling made it through. I would be pissed as hell if a 20 watt spiral set my fucking house on fire though.
