Cut your daylight hours to 12/12 if possible to induce budding. 36 hours of dark at the beginning also helps but can encourage a plant to hermie.
How you do this is up to you. If the plants are small enough, put inverted trash cans over them for 12 hour nights (same time every evening)
If they are in pots, pick them up and move them somewhere dark inside.
Whichever way you do it, you will either have to continue throughout flower or wait until the natural daylight hours drop to a maximum of 13.
Also, ensure the plants are nowhere near any light during their dark period. A street light, car headlamps or light spill from a window with blinds shut can screw the flowering up. Anything brighter than moonlight.
