I'd flush with plain water for a week or so...then use molasses as it is natural so there is no need to flush the soil again before harvest.

magazine article on high times had an article about this, they said water first with the molasses and water mix, make sure its near same amount as container, then wait a bit, then flush it again but regular water, soiless mixs is about 1week flush, soil mix they recommend 2weeks of this flushing process, i forgot issue date, but can look if u want

Well i've been watering with molasses now every other watering for the last month or so. Also I've been giving 1/2 strength of MG bloom formula. Next week a few of mine will be flushed with 2-3 gallons of fresh water. Then I will use molasses up until I chop those bitches down.
