How to really know when to flush

I love all the answers here on flushing spot on guys!

But

Is no one gonna mention that this plant clearly has a minimum of 3-4 weeks left maybe more. That plant is still putting out lots of white stigma which means it's still actively growing new buds. After it finishes that process it still needs to bulk up and ripen before it is ready to harvest.

Same. Once I see the plant is ready. I give it another week & it survives on nothing but good old city tap 145ppm I don't even adjust the 7.6 ph.
Water til I get a drop or 2 out of the bottom.
Yup and I'm in 15 gal pots of coco so its not like all the fertilizer in the coco is going to just evaporate in 7 days. Not to mention by the time I harvest the plants are not eating or drinking nearly as much anyhow, usually the dark green leaves come in week 4 and I haev to start tapering them off.
