50/09 4 days from germ and we got marijuana allready.

you can see these seeds have great growth in 24 hours.
these will go under hid today.

Now that we got sprouts lets keep em really short bushy. these girls (we hope) need 18 hours of 6500k light. i use MH. in the veg room they will have plenty of light. Space gets tight. so we will make sure these have a clear view of my sunlight.

these guys are doing great and will be moved to the quart size pot today.
We are still short and working on getting the root system built. 8 days have past since we started. about 92 more days 2 go

5/13 so we have been in the soil for 5 days its day seven of the journal.

today we transplant....

If your thinking transplant aftter 5 days yes. we have roots branching out rapidly so by letting them find the bottom it has developed more mass in 4 days

Now you see we have all this vigerous root formation but what we dont want is tall lanky stems or plants,

Many people don't think you can go right under hid. YES you can and here is the tiny seedling that has no stretching after 7 days

they are 1.5 inches they are developing the third node allready

Now we have moved these plants the the next pot lets give em 10 days from today to fill these pots up by this time they will be over 2 weeks old and should have 4 nodes visible.

Now back under the hid light. these guys are under a 400 watt MH bulb actually there is 800 watts of light in this veg chamber

So here we are today, you can see a rapid maturing in all these plants. our ak plants are nearing the 33 day veg we were looking for.

So i have been away it has been about 55 hours since these plants were fed or watered they are wilting and the deep green leaves are losing pigment. we are still not worried as we planned this. See these plants have been starved to help boost the cloning. So tomorow we will clone these Ak48 , and a few others then for the remainer of the veg cycle we need new pots. we will move to the 3.5 gal pots tommarow we should have done this on may 23 but were are behind

here is what the root ball looks likes at this point, we let it get wound up a bit. so we want to get this mass in the 3.5 gallon pot.
