Really? 24hrs? I've never had towels work that quickly. Only the water bath method.
Well they pop within 24 hrs but typically 36 before I actually put them in cubes. I never soak just directly into paper towel. I've got 6 seeds that are a year old I'm going to germ this week so I'll see how long or if they pop and keep you all posted.

So keep the seeds in a box and a light above the box?
Might want to get one of those blow up rings to sit on.

The plants will grow from your butt hole beautifully, if you fart it'll stress her & you don't want that.
If you eat a hot curry it'll act as a RDWC set up, max root growth!

When it reaches your knees & you have to wear a garbage bag as pants you'll be able to take clones!

Be sure to stick the clones between your toes & keep eating the curries, if you really want good growth, you can train the plant, by dragging your ass across the floor like a dog.

Your on the right track, just remember - it's all about the kiss method & butt holes.

PS, please don't store valuables in your butt hole. image.png

so I'm new to growing but I have all my gear ready. My seeds were left in a bottle of distilled water for a day and they sunk. I then placed them in a plastics bag with wet paper towel. It has been 3 days I'm scared that they will not germinate. What shall I do?
put them on top of your internet router, if its too warm put some paper between

a full 24 hours is to long to be in water i do 12 hours in water then under some damp paper towels in a warm spot for a day or two or straight in soil if a tail is sprouted in those 12 hours i get a good 95% success rate from bag seed/dispensary bud seeds

That's funny, because I left my last round in for 3 days, and just let them grow sprouts about an inch, then popped them in cubes (with great care so as not to snap the root...I've done that, too. Much sadness followed :( )

I find that the longer they get the harder they are to get in the hole (being serious here btw lol) if they get tangled in the paper I just cut around them and plant paper as well.

I've had that happen, too. However, I was talking about letting them swim in their flotation chamber (ziploc snack cup with water). I saw no ill effects from letting them just float for 3 days and growing until transplant to cubes. But you are correct, the longer they are, the harder it is to get them in the hole. Luckily, I am handy with chopsticks :D
