How to connect this plug to power my light controller

I’ve gotten a 4 light controller and ran 10/2 Romeo through my house to create a long extension cord to plug it into my dryer outlet.
I’ve bought the 3 prong dryer plug but I just noticed it says non grounding:
Upon opening the plug it does have 3 spots to connect wire, but I’m worried I got the wrong plug vs wire.
The 4 light controller appears to have 2 hots and one ground.
I’ve attached all pictures I can think are relevant to this.

how can I connect this plug end or should I snag a different one and which one ?

I’d like to point out what should be obvious, Romex is not made for use as an extension cord. If this is anything close to permanent wire it properly to its own breaker. Also if you are unsure how to wire 240vac you should get someone who knows what they are doing. That said the 10/2 will work, black to L1, white to L2, ground to neutral which will already be tied to ground. The neutral is the L shaped prong. The other two are interchangeable, doesn’t matter which is white or black really. Be careful, good luck.

It’s not a permanent situation , I just rent my spot. Maybe 6 months like this

If you indeed need 240vac then you need 2 hots, 1 neutral, 1 ground. The plug you show is for a 120v 30 Amp 3 wire- 1 hot, 1 neutral, 1 ground. Straight forward - Always respect ELECTRICITY.

it's a convertible plug: 125/30A or 250/50A .
