How often to generate new Co2?

Fair enough. I guess I lumped you in with the crowd that thinks a monitor is unnecessary. Given your situation and goals I would probably go with a repeat interval timer that does 1 minute on every 15 minutes. There is a guy on eBay that sells modded mechanical timers that could do that. He takes a 24hr timer and makes it spin a whole revolution every hour or so. So each switch is like 15 seconds or so. They are around $30. Great for aero cloners.

You could use that 800-1000 meter and just set your burner at a high rate. You will overshoot into the 1300-1400 rate but again you would have no way of knowing.

I would do a crazed list search for a controller when you have the cash. Sealed room is the ticket. You may want to consider a small table top hepa filter as well to keep spore counts down.

Any chance of a link to the timer? sounds like exactly what i am looking for, for the moment. Haven't actually looked on craigslist for a controller yet, what an idiot! Thanks for the help..... +rep.

If it helps you at all I have a sealed room about 950 cubic feet w/ng fire generator. My sentinel is set at 1200ppm and runs the gen for about 1.5 mins ever 13 or so mins.

Edit: p.s. it's a cap gen 1 and does about 13 cubic ft. per hr.
