How much room is needed to dry buds and other things?

So i'm planning on making a perpetual grow cabinet/dresser that will house mother-plants, seedlings/clones, small veg area under weaker light before they go into my main veg/flower room under strong lights. And also a section of the cabinet/dresser for drying the buds.

My Questions are:
How much room do i need to dry 4-6 plants (buds)?
How much room do i need to house a mother-plant? or 2?
How much room do i need for seedlings/clones?
How much room do i need for a very small veg space before they go under high powered lights?

I haven't picked up a dresser yet; however it will need to fit in a spot that is just under 4 foot wide. Height is limited to 6.5 foot, depth i don't know whatever is the largest dresser i can pickup typically just over 1.5 foot.

what size/type light will you be putting in?

6 plants that's only 10 clones every 2 or 3 months... youll only need 1 mom... I would figure 2x2 for the mom

you might be better off using quality and reliable seeds..something short like mandala genash or satori and not keeping a mom since she will take up almost as much space as your grow
then you can use that wattage from the light for your mom ..on your flowers

a grow that small ... a single mom will provide 2o to 30 clones

the other option is you keep trading out your mom with new clones each run..so you can try to manage keeping the moms small

as for drying space
it depends on your method

do you want to hang the branches or wet trim to the knuckle

if you wet trim it down all the way and don't hang it out you could set it out on wire or screen
maybe 2x2 area

the veg space... you can share the veg space and the mom in the same space
just pu them under the mom
they wont get a ton of light but they'll root and establish themselves
as soon as they start to look like theyre stretching move them to flower

youll only need 8" tall plants before you switch to 12/12

seeds and clones... 1ft x 2ft with a 2 ft 2 bulb t5

and that's just so you can get a tray and dome in that space

I would find another space in your home away from the grow to do your seeds and cloning..some place you can better control the temps

I'd remove the drying section from the grow room if I were you - that space is precious and should be saved for growing if you have anywhere else in the house to dry/cure. In your drawing you should use the drying space as the veg area, but you can make it a little smaller even. The space is really needed in the flowering chamber.

You can start seeds in the same space as the vegging plants, and I THINK you can do the same with clones, but Ive never tried cloning so I won't speak to that. You don't need a separate space for seeds and you might as well use as much of the veg space as possible.

drying = STANK.... keep that in mind. You will want air movement for drying, but also ventilation, but also, mind where the smell goes, lol.

I full trim mine down and put it on a 1-5 tier hanging mesh rack...3-4 days n its ready for jars n burps..

I'd figure out one thing at a time. Get the biggest cabinet you can fit, your lights, and start some seeds. It'll be awhile before you'll need separate rooms for mothers, clones, drying, or whatever. While they're growing you'll have time to read, ask questions and figure things a bit, you'll be able to see the growth of the plants, how fast they grow, decide on training methods, cloning methods and so on. Better to do it once the right way, doing multiple times can get expensive.

Ok; ill go though a couple of things; i already have a large flowering/veg room powered by 2 x 600watt LED Lights, this dresser is just another space for seedings/motherplant and drying. I also wanted a section to veg them a little more so their established before i placed them under 1200watt leds, but if people thing they will be fine going under 1200 shortly after seedlings that's okay too.

In this grow cabinet/dresser; i only want weak lights for the motherplant so it grows slowly, and in the veg section i only want lights that will give it more time to establish before i place it under the big led lights. As for the drying section i was thinking about using the hanging method. Smells and airflow is not going to be a issue as i already have ideas to sort that out.

Summary:
1. Grow Dresser is not for Flowering.
2. Grow Dresser is not for long veg times (only short till they are more established)
3. Main Purpose is for Motherplants, Clones, Seeds and Drying.

Ideas anyone? thanks for the awesome replies!

If u have 6' feet then put a shelf in and stack the grow, mothers on bottom, clones and veg on top. If only one mother (which you don't need) you can hang plants or basket beside it in the lower section. My veg room is 4' x 2' x 7', clones on top, veg plants on bottom, no moms as I take clones just before or right after flip. All lit with T5's
