how long is pollen a threat

i just harvested a plant that hermied toward the end. i haave a new plant in the room and am wondering how long that pollen can live for. can it pollenate the new plant which is flowering now.

I have the same issue, I cycle plants and have had a few hermie flowers, just a couple that have opened. My new plants have seemed to have gotten pollenated in some spots, I've cleaned my room with clorox wipes, sprayed with water and shampoo'd the carpets. But I have always had a plant in flower in the flowering room...........help

Tear out the carpet. You can cover a 10x10 floor with laminate, tile, etc... For under 100 bucks. Carpet holds moisture, mold, and bugs. I don't even have carpet in my house, let alone my grow room.
