How long are people waiting to hear back from Health Canada ?

Call them and they will tell you if they received it, expect 13+ weeks to get your papers though.

Can't talk to anyone at HC this afternoon..wonderful.:wall:Just thought i'd see where they are at opening mail.2 months waiting as of yesterday,for a renewal FFS.You get a 10 sec recorded message saying they have technical difficulties and then hang up.........

So i just called in and the woman told me they received it on march 24. Christ. And they are waiting for an officer (one of their "officers" ) to review it. Then told me if I hadn't recieved it in like 6 weeks I could call back. Awesome! wow. great. what a fucking world we live in. At least I wasn't on hold for more than two minutes. that was a nice surprise

makes me think they do it on purpose. i can just see some fat old cranky cunt now, sitting there with his pencil pushing power, realizes he can create a big problem by not giving this department ability to hire more workers or whatever...gladly signs off on it..meanwhile he's got a bottle of 30 year old whiskey in his desk drawer that he sips on all day because he hates his life, but fuck these damn pothead druggies. they're bad people.

Phoned this morning listened to the pre recorded crap.Never even heard it ring,and a gentleman answered.Gave him my info and was told papers are in the mail back to me.So 2 months including over a week in the mail.So less than 4 mnths left on a 6 mnth script.......

Checked the mail,paper work arrived, good till late sept.Took a week to arrive,Thank God everything was up to snuff and didnt have to make any corrections,and have to send back.....and wait...and wait.So 2 months including mailing times.Cookies & cream x dosido 3 rooted cuts in a 7 gallon smart pot

So it seems the ppl waiting longer might just be waiting for the doctor to sign off?

Did they tell you what date of mail they are currently opening ? (they used to give this info out, it helped determine if your envelope was lost in the mail), also did you send it with tracking so that you know it arrived and was signed for ?

when i last called they where on the 24th-26th of April stuff so they should have mine in the system soon but they still said to call back in 4 weeks to see where its at
just called again guess they are on the 4th of April now
