How Do You Take Pics Under HPS With No Funny Lines?

please tell me. ive tried all of the settings i can think of, and im getting this:

Take the pics within the first minute the light kicks on or get in there a bit before it comes on and turn on a small light.

That's how I do it with my phone although my wife takes pictures with her nice digi camera under the HID with no lines.

This happens because your ballast is magnetic. In my grow I have both magnetic and digital ballast in the same tent. One side gets lines and the other doesn't with the same camera. I didn't realize this until I read about it in this forum.
