lve entered every draw that lve found, notified companies very few of them. Any ideas? Pointers? Ive been thinking of everything, my plan is a 4x4per plant. I want to see what their lights can do. Im sure that others would like a play by play on some of the better lights or cheap lights out there.
Any thoughts or opinions on this will be greatly appreciated. Thaks in advance. Sog!
My led for flowering in a Lightspeed pro cosmic plus 600w. If not for price l would suggest everybody get one.

They're going to want someone that already has an established platform of some sort with an audience/followers (ie an influencer).

Just to give you an idea sometime. Go to YouTube and find one of the people that review grow lights that have been sent to them by companies and look at how long they've had their YT channels, how much work went into producing all the content on their channels, and how many subscribers they had to build up to before they started getting free lights sent to them... You won't find any that haven't put a LOT of time and usually a LOT of their own money into being able to produce content that's engaging enough to build up subscribers to a point they became reviewers.

And then there's the whole issue of honesty if you are a reviewer. Because if you start putting out too critical or blatantly honest reviews - companies are going to stop sending their lights to you to review and/or not use you as an advertising platform.

IM THINKING OF doing 1 plant in 4x4 just to see how big l can get her. I watch all the you tube grow videos. Im not committing my life to television. Just on principal. Maybe lll do a flowering under my led just for posterity for the company because l believe in the light im using.

Put all the hardwork and money into growing gorgeous plants and then the hard work into building and growing a platform Instagram YouTube etc... get really good at recording data in your grows and then if you're lucky in a few years time they may be interested. Plus like you have to show consistency in your grows or else how do they show off their light.
If I'm honest tho I don't trust reviews put out by people handed a light I'd rather see what regular old ppl like myself in this forum and others have to say about them.

Any company possibly interested in sending you a tester light is going to want you to help promote their product in some way, and are generally going to want to see fully completed grow logs. Maybe start with a grow log, and hype it up to a point where the companies think that you will help them to gain exposure. Usually companies will reach out to you directly, instead of the other way around.

Not necessarily true. Ask @Cvntcrusher. He gets lights from Gixer? sent to him all the time. I guess some companies are desperate?

Dude, just make a journal as some have suggested and stay active on the forum. Hell you don't even need a journal but it would help. Light companies will reach out to you if they feel you have something to offer. You do not need to be on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube or any other social media. I guarantee it. You can always message them as well if you feel like it.
