How Do I Fix This?

Hey folks. Got a slight problem going on here. My plant is just shy of six weeks into veg. Its been topped some time ago and was lst'd when i transplanted to her final pot. Genetics are unknown. Its an all cfl grow currently running 119w. My medium basically looks like this:
6gal bag black earth
2gal coco coir
2gal perlite
Amendments:
2 cups dolomite lime(prilled)
1/2 cup blood meal
1 cup bone meal(regular)
1/2 cup bone meal(steamed)
1 cup dry all-purpose(4-4-4)
1 cup crushed eggshells
1 cup brown rice
5 cups steer manure
I mixed it all up, moistened and cooked it for about three weeks. Then before i transplant i cut with more coir, worm castings and perlite. Now, i am pretty sure i have figured out what has happened but please feel free to give any opinions. If you look at the amendments i have plenty of bone meal(maybe too much?), crushed eggshells and lime. All contain lots of calcium, even the all-purpose dry has it. I also add crushed eggshells to my worm food. I know what your thinking, i got a calcium toxicity problem. Well maybe but the real problem with the calcium being present and available in abundance is that its causing a sulphur lockout. Here are a couple pics:

Notice the pale green and yellowing young leaves, slow growth and purple petioles. So i guess my question is how do i fix this naturally and organicaly assuming thats what it is. Please feel free to comment and check out my progress at the link below.

you need to hit the store. buy some fertilizer. its hungry. a cheap liquid 10 10 10 solution is perfect. has to be liquid. make sure it has mixing direction for indoor plants.

Or is the OP asking for permission to flush ? He thinks he has a toxic problem caused from too much sheiot [worm/cow/etc]
Water only for just a week, and see if all that lime green new growth will turn darker...
I really think you do not have a problem...
I think you are over worrying....
Good Luck.... me, I KISS....

It looks fine, give it a a little time and see if the new growth shoots darken up. In my experience with a number of different strains new growth is usually a bit lighter then older fan leaves....
