Whoever want to see your house before buying would do a complete inspection of the property also your room it would be a difficult situation for you to avoid those people either coming to your room or checking your closet but as you depicted workers were coming to your room they do not observe or notice anything wrong in there then there is a possibility that anyone coming to inspect your house would also not notice it either.
I would suggest you sell your house after the complete growth.
