Hooks to small for Secret Jardin top bars.

It seems that the hooks that came with my lightning and the extra fail safe hooks I bought are too small for the SJ tent her bars. What should I do to be able to still set it up with the same hooks.

Put the whole hook over the bar and then clamp it to its own string

I have freed up some hooks I needed in my SJ darkrooms by wrapping the rope hangers around the top bar and clipping to the rope rather than using the hooks to hang the lights and filter.

Im not exactly sure what you mean but I use caribeners in SJ. On a side note, I prefer my cheap tents (mars etc) over my SJ.

Just meant clip the caribeener back to the rope to secure it. No need for the hanging hook. Which can be used elsewhere.
