yea hole where the hell in Central Ontario did you get that glass, is it heat resistant? im in Central/southern ontario and cannot find anything close to as good as that for my cooltube, i need 4" diameter too. Did you get it online? or a hydro shop in your area or like a gigantic chain store like HDepot?

I got my cooltube from fleabay, about 40 bucks it's called pyrex bake a round there is hundreds of them hope that helps......

its cool man, i was just heated over it cause i fucked up last night, was supposed to check at 8:30, but was distracted by some bitch. Damnit, now i gotta pay 55 dollars for one, and i wouldnt hate anybody using it for growin either, its just im desperate. Damn you ebay. Damn you.

i really should have blazed before i checked ebay, damn. Bad call on my part, i was all pissed then i went and blazed and forgot until now. Damn now i want it.

LOL!!!! thats funny i know what you are talking about i try my best to buy now but that dosen't always work and yea it seems like the fuckers are against you but that isn't the case 90% of the time if you are in great need of a tube check ebay every day and get buynow somebody will have one, i'm am putting mine together tonight
p.s. don't pay 55 bucks thats too much you can get it cheaper patients saves money

lol, no shipping to canada posted, and if it was, it would come to at least 55, i found one im chillin now, its just funny i was so angry ebay is anarchy.

Im almost positive it will, i have a sunlight supply catalogue at home and it covers that particular question.. I will check when i get home and let you know

If that was true then why would they make a 430 ballast. It might work but i doubt it would still be at its full potential

-Yes, the internal components of a 430 watt ballast and 400 watt ballast are nearly identical, however, as Mr. Limpet said, you will only get 400 watts out of it.

WARNING if you build one of these you MUST use a T-15 shape bulb. T-15 hps are easy to come by, but there are not a lot of T-15 shape m/h's They do work very well I have 2, One for a 250mh and one for a 400 hps. I got mine on ebay from a lady selling both for $25, but that was about 8 months ago.

Could you show us more of the tools you used to cut the wood with? If I can figure out the tools needed I think i can whip something similar up.

is that enough to control odor for this sorta size grow room? do you not need a fan to move the air through the filter?
(sorry im a novice) reason i ask is i've got everything sorted aside from my odor control and ventilation so far :S

i was thinking one inline fan sucking air past and over my 250 watt lamp, going outa my grow box to an odor sock? (my box is small about 6 feet Hx 3 feet W x 1.8 ftD

any help would be much appreciated cheers!

the carbon filtre for air in is not an odour controller,,odour is not a factor in my grow,,,,cuz I just don't care,,I grow for myself,,not for sale,,If a cop wants to bust me for my 2-4 plants,,let em,,I'm willing to take the risk and suffer the consequences should they come along,,may sound stupid,,but I'm 42,,,not a kid,,,I believe pot should be legal,,thats why I dont give odour much thought,,yes you need a fan to suck air in and expell the heat
