its not negativity. its the truth. it is good he gets to keep it. it just sucks that the city decides on a day that he is in jail. it seems like they did that on purpose or something since before they werent gonna give it to him.

I hope he does good things with his money and doesn't blow it all on crack within the first 3 months..
remember the homeless guy Oprah discovered.. got him a well paying job, found and reconnected him with his family, did so much to keep dude from living the life he was before.. not 100 percent but pretty sure he's broke and homeless again
