This project has had to be killed in the early stages. Grow Room Politics has cause this particular grow not to occur. Tune in to my other thread where I bloom 6 BB.Cheeses under 1.2kW in soil/coco mix.
screwing.
would of been a nice experiment to watch

Back in business once again!

So I wasn't able to let rip on the hydro a little while ago, but I'm now able to commence some kind of water culture.

I obtained 10 Cheese cuttings from a reputable source. They weren't close to rooting when I got them 01-18-2007, I think they were freshly done for my arrival. I put them straight into the incubator using the same technique as my last working method. They have been in 13 days but I just haven't been bothered to take any action just yet. I haven't sprayed them at all, but having the clay balls in the bottom of the propagator moistened with a small amount of mild nutes has proved useful in providing adequate humidity and food for the rooting clones.

Since I currently have a bloom op going I'll wait until I can empty and clean the bloom room before firing up the homebrew.

As I have 10 clones, 8 of which I will be blooming right away, I'll be keeping 2 back as mothers and I'll also have to create another flood and drain table to cope with the 5 extra plants instead of the earlier anticipated 3.

Stand by for developments.

Current soil cheese grow is not doing too bad, but I see hydro doing greater things elsewhere. I shall be LSTing these ladies while vegging them under 600wHPS. I have a few materials to purchase but nothing that will halt my progress.

One major component which will be employed for experimental purposes is Advanced Nutrients latest 2Part addition to their range:

I think its a bit over priced, likely to pay the graphic designer of the label. Standby for later updates. :)

I've heard you have to be pr0 to use the connoisseur 2part. I wonder if that means you need pr0 experience or a pr0 wallet

Ive been curious at if that is really worth the money. I mean if it actually produces more bud then the price it cost to purchase the bottle, it would be worth it.

Might not be all its cracked up to be, true. I used Mother Earth on its own and it was ok. I used a little bit of sensi with some mother earth and it was great in comparrison to the Mother Earth on its own. Sensi is pretty good. I just expect Connoisseur to be the doggs, whether combined or singular. Hopefully Remo will have a show on urbangrower dot com soon with test results from the new product.

I'm down to nine cheeses. 22 days later and they're still in the propagator. They've been ready for ages. I've only recently emptied the bloom room. ...Shall be cleaning up and setting up tomorrow. I think I will bloom all 9 rooted clones as I'm currently in a position where I need not keep any cheese mothers atm.. I can, instead focus on other things in the veg room and just acquire cheese cutz as and when I need them, or re think having a cheese mother. Standby for updates, coming soon

Do Flood & Drain actually require the res to be aerated? I thought that the roots get air while the pump is off.

Ahhh ok gotcha. I was going to do a DIY Flood/Drain (similar to yours-i have the same equipment), and was trying to get away from the air pumps. I have a ton of them left over from my DWC days.

I've potted 6 cheeses and placed 3 cheese on the flood system.

They are all curling up. Both the hydro clones and potted clones look very shocked. At first I thought is was hot soil. I'm using B'Cuzz Special Mix, Canna Pro + and Canna Terra Pro.

Canna Terra has nutrients blended into it. I didn't check the label!! But the hydro clones are sitting in net pots filled with washed clay balls. They're all looking terrible!!

That's the cheese

There is a White Russian mother that I've added to absorb some of the 600W 18/6. She is doing fine. She did have a friend, but I spotted signs of balls on him so he no longer exists. This lady however is displaying her pistils. She was brought up from seed and look forward to cloning her.

Back to the cheese! I'm not observing and positive change. They do look SHIT now they are in here. I hope the next fey days will bring me some luck!!

Those are just a few clipping I'm going to use for a little cheesy hash
