Sometimes it's called super cropping, with the objective to create more heads/colas whilst keeping your plant short and stout you would take a cola, node, branch between your fingers and bend (without snapping) it to a 90 degree angle.
All the nodes above the bend in the stem then become colas, so to speak. Not read anything on this subject for a while so I'm sure my description is open to misinterpretation, it's very simple in practice.
Thank you very much, I have once before come across this but did not fully get it, thanks for the vid.

RM3 pretty much nailed it. Monster cropping is cloning from flowering plants. Most of the time you dont even need to do any topping or fimming. But what I am trying to say is that if you top a cola, it leaves nothing to FIM unless you're talking about FIMing the 2 colas that grow out of the place of the old one. Even then, it really doesn't matter which method you use between FIM and topping. They both do exactly the same thing. It actually might be a good idea for you to use both methods, that way you will get an idea of how things work, but it isn't necessary. The following link and picture should help. The link is excellent because IMO it's the best guide to training on the interbutt. I recommend you study it thoroughly to get a better understanding of the different training techniques.

Also, RM3 says it takes him 10-14 days for flowering clones to root. I usually experience the same. I have actually had a batch of 60 clones where the clones from the flowering plant rooted quicker than all of the clones that were cut from a vegging plant. It all depends on alot of different variables. Too many variables to offer a single explanation.

Good luck and god speed! It seems to me like you got this shit under control. I'm confident you will have decent success.
