Hi everyone. This is my first grow and the grow room i have set up. What ya think?

Your quite rite Delux mate. im getting 4 to hang down on each side of the room. so that side foliage will get some light. Don't want them to stretch too far in flower. If its monsters you want then hopefully that is what i will produce.... I never work in half measures......

So i have been busy today.

I purchased 24 new pots from my local pothead center. They are 45liter ( 9 gallon ) pots. And they are square. I also purchased 5 more bags of medium and some more pellets. I was a bit unsure if the girls were ready for transplanting but when i tested the first girl she had some amazing root on her and held the medium very well.

Anyways i managed to pot 14 of them before i ran out of medium so it looks like im back to the grow shop for more on monday, but they should be ok until then. and i also pick my new light up monday too.

I have been busy with the room too. I properly butcher'd it up so that the new pots will fit ok. Sorry no pic's until monday as my Fecking camera decided to go on strike and i can only take photos on my phone and send them via email. so there is only 1 pic for you until monday.

I think im gonna get some 11 litre pots to transplant into first and then move to a bigger pot again when i start my next grow after the BBC's have finished. I have cleaned 2 of them up at the bottoms now and left 2 un-cleaned. to see how they get on. This way i will know what happens if i clean one and dont clean the other.
(cleaning is stripping the branches off from around half way down the plant so that only the top is left.)

Keep up the good work Dan but do remember that each time you transplant the plant will go into a little shock and need to recover. Might be worth keeping in veg for another week after transplanting????

Hey J hope your well pal.

Yeah im going to leave them until next thurs/friday before i put them into flower now. When i get my camera back on monday evening im going to post some pic's of what the root look like in the 15 liter pots. Could not belive my eyes when i took them out of the pots. The root grows mega fast don't they. This was something that i wasn't expecting.

Oh and thanks for the info. Do you think i should be cleaning the bottoms of em up soon. I mean i find it hard to water round them because they are so bushy. or should i wait until flower?

You can either do it now or once you hit flower.

Personally i have done mine when they have done their stretch after the first 2 weeks of flower.
You can get a good idea of where all the bud sites are.

But yours will be bush because you have LST'd

If i were you i would wait until you've flowered for a few weeks and then strip everything except your main colas on a couple to see if you can get any massive colas just at the tops.

I would be really tempted to do that Dan seeing as you have 22 of them to try out.

I will get you a pic tomorrow of a cleaned up BBC side by side with an Un-cleaned BBC.

Lol, Granted... its not the true queens English we speak D83, but a slang of it. yeah i suppose we do talk with a kinda accent, but as long as ya can understand it pal then that's cool. if not i can do some translating for ya...lol Im from Yorkshire and have a very broad accent, J is from N Wales ( fucking big fish wales lol ) and i suspect he too will have a broad Welsh accent. or may even speak in Welsh.. Borida J lad...lol

Anyway back to my grow. Today again i have been busy, and here are some more photos i took on my phone.

I noticed that in my room there must have been a leak under the plants letting excess water seep on to the carpet below the black/white pvc. so i spent all morning moving the plants out, cleaning the room drying the room, Then gaffa taping the floor t death. I used 4 x 50 m rolls of tape to do it, but i think i have solved the problem with that amount of tape....lol

You can never have too much gaffa tape!!!!!!!

Hi everyone, well the room has a new light fitted and all the girls are in there new pots and under the lights. Took some doing but im there. ( phew im wiping the beads of sweat from my brow.. lol ).

Thanks man. Not much room left in there now. looks like i gotta take a few out at feeding time so i can get to the back, but at least i will be rotating the girls to different places in the room when i do it....

F'king hell Dan the root mass on that mofo is immense .

thats 1 thing i am def doing is re-potting into some huge pots on my next grow i might also veg for longer ive got 2metres of height i might as well use it . i can always suspend some CFL's down the sides. hmmm now theres a thought..

i have mounted the same fan system into my polythene screen on my closet and its staying a steady 26C without me worrying about it rising while im asleep .. we should call me EINSTEIN no actually FRANKENSTEIN i find the cheapest alternative i can and make monsters lol lol
