in the 70's I grew some plants in a closet under T12 gro lux bulbs. when I was 16 one of my friends grew a plant on the roof of the maywood police department and actually got away with it.things have sure changed a lot since those days

That recipe calls for sift/kief, it's required but imo provides a more consistent dosage. That's when you run your trim, popcorn, or bud through a sift screen, I use 100u which is clean enough for caps and yields well. Looks like powdered hash, just the trichs go through the screen. Nice and clean for meds and easy to work with/mix.
