Place a baggie under then and snip them off. You can still save the plant.. but it will need lots of attention.

Your plant is a natural / genetic hermaphrodite, so you probably won't be able to produce any feminised seeds with it. Any seeds it does produce will likely grow to be hermaphrodites too.
