Because you do not understand the concept of personal property and the freedoms founded this country. You think a black man has to serve a klansman because you want to force others to work for what YOU think is right. You're managing their business. That's the entire problem with YOUR concept. You have good intentions but you want to use force to make others do things your way. In no way is government moral, they cannot decide on things of this nature. They have proven so from their past.

Isn't your statement just grandstanding? Explain to me where these places are that would discriminate today? Do you know of any that would survive the economics of making their customer base purposely smaller? Just another reason to let the Free Market do its job and quit having government manage our lives. Quit counting on government to do the job of society, they've done a horrible job of it so far.

You want to help eradicate racism, then educate people. Lead by example. That is how society grows. Don't say because I'm the government I know better and if you don't I'll use force to punish you. That doesn't work and in some cases flames the fire of racism.

I can tell you right now that I own a business that I can discriminate against a race and I would still be in business..and its not that a person would tell all to stay out...its the fact of just picking and chosing...If you doing business in this United States of America you will serve all...hmmmm let me give you a real example...I own some laundrymats what if I decide to only let mexicans wash clothes...guess what my business would still stay running..Do you think they would care that I don't let whites or blacks wash...Hell no they would still come and be happy that they have a wash-center just for them...so when that white/black single mother of 3 come to wash and I say NO..then according to you and Ron Paul that would be just fine...don't see how that helps the country or how anyone can justify it....again if you do business in The United States of America you will serve all...for the record I will never tell anyone that they cannot wash in my place..just be respectful

Dude, really? what if you got mugged and your wife got raped by some muslims? That would indeed infuriate you and cause you to grow this hatred towards them right? Ok, now, what if you had an outstanding clothing store and all of a sudden a big group of muslims showed up to your store... What would you do? If that was me, i would not let them in... My store is already outstanding and i dont care for those people and their money, but i would say the same if it were some whites, or blacks, it is my right to let who i choose let come into my store.

But maybe you would, cause you are against the "owner's rights" thing that Dr. Paul supports.

and if you are wondering, i got this idea from UB when i had a dilemma once. So if you got issues with my analogy, take up with UB..

I'm sure there would be examples since nothing is 100 percent. The smaller the sample size getting turned away the less easier it would be since a smaller segment would notice or complain. Enough complain it'll hit the information highway fast enough. Nowadays the racists get exposed easier.

I doubt your business will stay open after I open a similar business next door and I serve EVERYONE. Your business, at best, may be running but mine will make a lot more money than yours. How could I not? I'm pulling my customers in from a bigger pool. That's what the free market does for you.

You're missing the point.
First off I mentioned nothing about spouting racist shit. That causes a disturbance which interferes with your other customers. As an establishment there is no such thing as free speech in your business unless YOU want to allow it. The customers are bound by your code of conduct.
I'm just talking about someone who comes into a restaurant wearing his klan gear. According to the laws you can't toss him. IF he's wearing a tsirt with obscenity you can. Hard to keep up on whats what. Need I remind you of all the idiotic laws we have in place now. What needs to be mentioned is we get a huge amount of new laws each year. I think that's important.

You cannot ban blacks because its the color of their skin. What about Jewish people? or Canadians? Are those racial identifications Is it okay to ban them?

What you're missing is you are forcing me to work how you see fit even though it's my property and I'm self employed. Why does government get to make decisions for me? Government is not my boss. I'm not violating anyones rights. Repugnant yes but douchebags get liberty too. You can't pick and choose who gets it.

Quit relying on government to do societies job.
