I have 1 plant doing exactly this, I was also thinking nitro toxicity but now I'm thinking it's a strain/pheno that don't like frequent watering...

Did you read the OP's question? His EC is only 1.2 and he's in flower.
Just because his e.c is good doesn't mean the meter is off or the plant can be nitro sensitive such as a bunch of blue strains, or his coco doesn't have have some salt build up in his coco. There's more examples to such as grower error.
E.C isn't everything. Reading that plant says its too much nitro. Clawing like that isn't from over/under watering.

Ph6.9 although that is 3 days worth of run off sitting in the dish underneath aswell....

I will empty the dish and get a reading of fresh run off in few hours
Hmm.
This is were it gets a bit confusing for me..theres some sort of math involved..

But if you are putting 6.0 in and getting 6.9 out then the medium is at least 6.9 and probably higher..

.then theres chemistry involved lol again no clue but just shotting in the dark but id say high 7s or 8.0 you are starting to get locked out of some things which may interfere with the nitrogen balance.. the red stems could be the start of a mag def .. we need a few experts in here to verify my hypnosis though.

Id say youve got a salt build up anyway , a flush should help out

Do i will flush with lower e.c or plain ph'D water....
Do i lower ph to 5.5 say and see what ph the run off is

Cannabis needs the right ph inn order for the correct uptake of all nutrients. A bit higher and lower will work but will lead to certain issues if too far out of the optimal range

As for why it goes high or low not sure but will definitely look into it. My guess its something to do with build up of specific salts

You are providing wrong chart, he is in coco/hydro 60/40 not growing in flower bed...

Clay peebles can raise your pH by the time but the claw is definitely not from high pH in your root zone. How do you mixing your nutrient solution? How do you water? In coco you never use plain water! Instead of lowering the pH, increase the amount of balanced nutrient solution at right pH.

I use a 70 ltr bin and add 60 ltrs of water, then add nutes and use a 2 liter jug getting jugs out and pouring back in to mix, there is an air stone and heater in also i leave it few hours then add bit ph down to around 5.8-60 what ever it hits between those..... then i leave over night and check again and adjust in the morning feed..... then pour 2each every morning and let it drain into a dish underneath and empty dish weekly
