Went 3/4 on germination of seeds, these were all planted in soil a week ago. Popped out of soil on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Largest seedling(Girl Scout Cookies) - Looks the best so far, was the first to pop out of the ground.
Medium seedling(White Widow) - Started to lean 2 days ago after watering.
Smallest seedling(Northern Lights) - This one popped out the ground a day or two after the others and the leaves are kinda looking crusty.

Looking for what the smallest seedling needs to keep it alive/fix any issues.

Info below:
Planted in soil on (1/14), FF Happy Frog and Perlite.
Lights are 2ft away at 40%
VPD: .7-.8
Day Temp(Lights on): 73-77F
Day Humidity: 71-75%
Night Temp: 67-69F
Night Humidity: 65-67%

Watering Schedule so far:
Sunday to Wednesday misted soil with bottled water(didnt Ph)
Thursday - Watered with syringe (6.5 ph)
Friday - Didnt water
Saturday - Watered with syringe (6.5 ph)
Sunday - Didnt water
Monday - Didnt water(yet) I couldnt tell if these were underwatered or overwatered.

Included pics of the Temp/Humidity/VPD Chart for the week and today.

Appreciate any info anyone could give! Thank you.

They look fine, #2903 has some scraggly leaves, but that is very common on seedlings, they normally grow out of it. Also, looks like you might have a trifolate #2902, but it's hard to tell from the pic.

Appreciate the response and hopefulness. Any opinion on current water scheduling of every other day?

You’re overthinking it all man, very common with new growers. They look fine with nothing to worry about. As for watering you want ph of 6.0 in soil. You should fully water them and then let them dry back. Best way to tell is full water and lift pot then life each day and when it gets light it’s time to water again.

My seedlings looking like your smaller one at the moment. Using the same light too
Interesting. Today would be 2 weeks since they popped out of soil. I think the smaller one was a day or two behind the others so it makes sense it’s smaller. Just want to make sure it doesn’t have some deficiency or under watered at this point since the leave look weird.
