It's opaque unfortunately, is there another way to tell? They are about 2 1/2 inches tall, the one that just came up is just a few centimeters.

Pictures of the seedlings so everyone has a better idea of what I'm working with. I also have 4, 13watt Daylight CFLs on them with a 23w soft white CFL at the very top of the room, when I transfer them to the room I am working on I will be giving them much more.

The healthier of the bunch has started drooping and turning yellow in spots. Need immediate help, will try solution asap and post results.

Those are easy to seperate, turn it over and support the soil with your hand, tap it so the soil comes out and you can gently break apart the soil and the roots will seperate. The longer you leave it the harder it will be.
Once you have them seperated you can treat the ones with problems without having to upset the other plants.

Thanks! I transplanted them no problem (I hope!) When I put them in the new soil yesterday I didn't notice them, but I just checked and there are tiny white bugs all in the soil and a few on the leaves. I have had this same problem before and I do not believe they are spider mites. They do not leave webs and only seem interested in the soil. Any idea what this could be? These same bugs have been stunting/killing my germinated seeds and causing them to either die before they even come up.
I can see about a dozen of these pin-head sized devils crawling around. They look like Predator Mites but I am sure they are the cause of my tiny seedlings dismay.
