not sure what to say mate as skunk #1 strain is one of the first developed hybrids that delivers an almost 50/50 mind-body experience. The Colombian (sativa), Mexican (sativa). and Afghani (indica) genetics give this hybrid a near-perfect blend of effects split equally between mind and body. Commonly used as a stable breeding strain, Skunk #1 seems to sneak its way into the genetics of a lot of the strains I have reviewed lately and a lot of the most popular strains on the market today in general. Just to name a few, you can find Skunk #1 in Jack Herer, Grape Ape, Cheese, Green Crack, and I could go on and on. The point is Skunk #1 is an impressive mix of some of the most tranquil strains from around the globe. This strain is sure to be the building block of more hybrids as growers continue to develop new and improve existing strains. Skunk #1 was the first commercial hybrid ever established. It originated in California by way of the legendary Sam "the skunk man" following his release from prison in 1982. Skunk #1 is a pest- and disease-resistant strain that has been bred into countless other strains and forms the backbone for much of the cannabis DNA floating around today.

so you tell me skunk 1 is unstable and you have been growing for 20 years, just sound like all words to me and the reason why i don't come on this site very often

just looked at your grow diary and for somebody growing for the last 20 years i not impressed

lesart00 plants looks much better than any plant i have seen of yours on this site
i know why your plants have turned out this way but i will let you work this out

sorry mate the post you replied too was for dazzyballz

i know you this is your first grow and you have done amazing, because you have a lot of white vertical white hairs there not at there full potential
letting them flower for another 2 weeks will really make a big difference

but you can chop any time now and still pull a good yield and have good quality buds

need to remove all the fan leaves and hang the plant upside down for a week

so should i keep feeding with nutes for another week mate...? or just water till harvest...?
keep feeding the plants but what you want to do is start to reduce the grow nutes and increase the bloom nutes for the next week, then i would give them half bloom nutes for the last week in flower and no grow nutes

yer that's a good point

take a look at this pic

the harvest window is about a mouth so most growers chop early but this can mess up your results

hi lesart, I'm a newbye grower myself, so I won't give you adives on HOW grow your plants, but I might be useful :)
http://www.dublinindoorgardening.com/
here you can find ANYTHING you might need to grow, if you dont know better, go with the "full canna setup" soil, nutrients, ph related stuff and so on, it's a bit more expansive than other brands but it's so much easier than figure out what's best when where who why .....
good luck with your baby and happy growing :)

there only 2 basic stages, veg and flower, you can go more into the different stages in veg and flower but just want to keep it simple

veg stage it to get you plants to the right canopy shape, healthy and in a large pots (you can veg for 2 weeks or 6 mouths its not limited )

flower stage is the set time and go from 8 weeks to 4 mouths, depending on the plant/strain

Yea i dont take many pics and the pics i have took are outdoors in veg.ive only two indoor plants i rushed.ive only been on here a few months.
I do apologize im a bit of a technophobe and im a bit paranoid, ive also been diagnosed with ptsd and depression since i done my back in and i think that shows in my last few grows.
i dont really care about weed anymore it isnt having the relaxing effect on me it once had,and i rush through short vegged crops lately(i still pull off a good bit).
but i havent come on here saying look at me im great u know,i only said i had a bit of bother with sensi's super skunk germination.

this strain looks really good :)

I would watch out for bud rot at this point ( single blade leaves growing on the buds and a dark brown color on the inside of the buds but starts off as a white mold ) and turn the fans up a little, if the temps are high i would lift the light a few inches, as heat degrades the thc
the buds still have new growth ( cluster of white hairs) so the plants still filling out and putting weight on

the last 2-3 weeks the buds don't look like there do anything buy they can get really solid if you wait and it really bumps the weight up and you harvest the plants at the best time to get the strongest amount of thc

this is blackjack the last plant ive got indoors at the mo,8 1/2 wk flowering, its 1st time ive tried to l.s.t.i did rush the veg. Stage.as usual.
any advice as ive noticed the leaves going brown on the ends.humidity and temp. Are fine. the plant has been on clean p.h water for a fortnight, they usually go a lot yellower now.
