HELP.... newbie....

Hello mates,ive just got back from the dam,started 5 humbolt green crack 2 lost coast hashplant.
may need help in a few week as this is my 1st full hydro run.got a drio system for free have to make it as im going,but 15 mins on the timer is a litre if not more,soun a bit much anyone.
my purple#1 are coming on even with shit weather.

Quick question anyone,im not there just yet as in seedling stage but if i was to l.s.t indoors is it better to bend the plant into a net rather than just top it.(or both)
i have read so many different articles on it now its confusing as ive only ever bent them. i dont really like hurting the tops so always been weary of topping.
i have more time on my hands now so i will take more care and veg a lot longer than i was before.
just have no experience really with lst.
any help would be appreciated.

Lst can be started pretty early as soon as your branches are formed enough just gently bend them a few times a day so as to get a gentle curve on the co an have them grow out and up you can tie down with string to train your plants into the shape you want the main aim is to open the plant up too get more light penatration....
I top the first time from about four nodes or five then once or twice more rather than getting a Christmas tree plant you get multiple tops that you can train into a see of green set up with a scrog net
Supercrop your plants too this looks brutal but opens up the cappilaries in the plant thus allowing more nutrients to get to the bud do it in the first week of flowering...you pinch the branch to bruse it and gently snap the branch over making sure it bends rather than breaking the branch. keep squeezing the branch and bending until it goes over without breaking. it will knuckle up in about seven days and give better buds..

Cheers eugene theres so much different info.ive read on it now.i'll just bend the branches through the fitted net ive got.
the blackjack i done,when in veg.i just bent the main stem over to keep in height with the others i had,its topping it thats my main concern but im going for that way.i have done it once a few year ago tho i just let em go like christmas trees,but maybe i'll top after 7 nodes as im taking cuttings.should still have the height if im fixing to a net.
