How does compost tea defeat root rot?
This is after i sprayed her with distilled water and did my water change that i do every 2 weeks
I believe it is the Trichoderma in the bennies which fight of pythium.
Completely got rid of my root rot the very first time I did hydro. Fought it for a week with H2O2, then threw in the Bennies and problem solved! Not just solved, but the roots LOVED it!
I'm at 68F (20C) with bennies, seems to be their happy place.
They look good now. Just know if the causation of the event was not fixed, the root rot will return.
You need regular H2O2 applications, or regular Tea/Bennies Feedings. Or fix your water temperature.
never use h202, use hydroguard. and a chiller. or dont dwc lol.
Thanks everything seems fine now i got sensizyme and voodoo juice and the roots seem much happier but i will try the tea if anything comes back,
Any good recipe's? I have organic ocean fertilizer with shellfish, peat and some other stuff in it i cant remember lol from my last organic grow tho, but any recommendations would be nice i don't really have a community of growers to help me out like here lol, just the internet and books.
Thanks again guys
