I would get some perlite to add to your mix. They are stretching for light. What are you using. Your going to need to bury those long stems. Get bigger pots tear up some of the peat their in now and transplant them leaving an inch or two above the dirt. The second pic looks like it still has the seed shell on it. You can gently take it off or, just wait till it falls off. Your soil doesn't look to impressive. Definetly get some perlite to add. Do some reading on here it will get you on the right track. Good luck!

yea i think they were stretching for light because thy were outside but now i have them inside under the light . no is no seed is a leave that was alive and just die .. and the leaves on the other one is green and the other half is brown deadishhh . they usto be on regular outside dirt. i tranfer/relocated them to vigoro potting mix. so now i want to know if i can start giving it nutrision and what kind of nutrision i heard mirico gro is garbage so what can i buy to start giving them ...

I think they sell Peter's 20-20-20. Can't go wrong with that. Price is right too. Good luck.

if they don't have Peter's look for Jack's 20-20-20. i think they're the same since Scott's bought Peter's a few years ago. GL

Babies don't need ferts. Get the lights closer. Don't beat them down with 24 hours of light, they're just coming up now. Be nicer. :)
Lighten the soil up, like said above, perlite. Transplant and get those stems buried, also mentioned above. Good luck!

24/7 light is fine. This is one of those constant debate subjects.I personally run 24/7 through all of veg. Here's why! Small plant 18/6. Big plant 24/7. Same strain off the same mom.

Thats a false comparison. Firstly the small plant is in a smaller container. Secondly who knows the quality of care they both got? Same light? Same distance from bulb? I don't think so.

A close look at the small plant shows that its leaves are angled off the horizontal axis , proof the small plant was at best shoved in a corner. The other plants leaves are pointed up, like it was under the bulb. The small plants lower nodes are also unevenly developed , plant rotation helps prevent that.

I restate my opinion your "test" was flawed

Ok everyone I got my self 2 lights 1500 each 1 inch away from plants and I will be burrying the stems today and mixing the soil with perlit for better drain . I got them on 20/4 timer set . I am feeding them mirico gro 10-10-10 (only have feed them once miricle gro)but I will switch because someone told me is bad. I check the ph level every 2 days is 6.8-7.2. Any advice before I report them tomorrow on vigoro soil potting mix with perlite/rocks

Here is a pic at 4 weeks old. Smaller plant was given the same conditions as others. The 18/6 plant is way smaller. After that week the others needed a transplant. Once i did that I did somewhat neglect the smaller plant. At that point I didn't see any sense in giving it optimal conditions. I have kept it in veg and hoping to do something with it.

What are they supposto be you say?
Because I been asking a lot here and multiple forums and I've read a lot articals and they all say To grow, a decent plant at least, you can't just say, you need x amounts of watts per plant. It isn't even the watt that is the light. Watt is the energy which is used. If a lightbulb uses 100 W per hour, that's simply what it means. How expensive your bill will be. It's the lumen which is the light intensity.

The clue, is to get as many lumen out of as little amount watts you can. This will give you more light, for less money. The optimal energy saving light is HID lights, which is MH and HPS lights.
Hid run 35w and reproduce 8000k+ Lumen

Let's say I have 3bulb 30 watts each 1500 Lumen each wat that means am making. 4500lumen brightness of light. On a 90watt bulb. Witch saves my light bill money low watts . I've seen 100WATTS. Bulb mak around 2500 lumen only .

But idk am just a newbi explain to me so I can learn sir . I was just explaining what everyone was telling me . I Am here to learn not to teach. So please explain thank you

If you got some smaller, maybe 23w bulbs and surrounded the plants with them, it would help.
Only 3 bulbs for 5 plants isn't a whole lot.
You need to remember that any further than a few inches from the bulb itself, CFL light is pretty much ineffective.
