Only 3 bulbs for 5 plants isn't a whole lot.
You need to remember that any further than a few inches from the bulb itself, CFL light is pretty much ineffective.

I put 4. 6500(k) bulbs and 1 2700(k) bulb . 1-2 inch away from plants . I will add more bulbs as they grow maybe in 2 weeks I will add 5 more bulbs

Yo, Blood, slow your roll on the nutes. You've got a couple of newborns there and you need to be feeding them baby food. If you are serious about raising these plants then stay away from Miracle Grow and get the real thing. Those plants only need one tenth of the concentrations of the nutes your are talking about, at best. You should be looking at a base formula for nutrients and a silica additive at this point in time. Then in about a week or so you can add in some beneficials and gradually increase the concentrations as the plants gain strength. The spotting you see is more than likely due to low nitrogen at this point which is easily corrected.

This usto be my friends plant he usto grow outside he move out and pass on to me to my undertanding since they were germinated that the seed crack with its first roots to now . They are 1 month old . And I think they are small for 1 month or am I wrong ? And I give them mirecal grow but the instruction say 1 1/2tbsp per gallon of watter but I did 1/2 of a tbsp for 1 gallon because I know they are small . Before I got them they had yellow spots/brownish the guy never gave them watter just the rain . They were strechy as hell . I plnted the stem leaving them only 1-2 inch on top . I am just traing ma best . So any help from anyone with knowledege be great .
