HELP ME

if you cant get a better soil, perlite will help. it keeps the soil from compacting and lets your roots grow more freely.

So i added some gravel and removed 1/4of the soil as it was compressed, will that be enough ?

It actually looks like what I have outside minus some rocks. Turns into concrete as it dries.
You need to either use better soil or add some perlite to promote drainage.
