Yup the older the date on the file is when the judge looks at it the less he wants to be involved he knows there is a whole bunch of piled up paperwork to read through so your attorny says ... Dismisal ...he looks at the date and says ...dismissed!! They dont want to get involved with old cases more shit to read.most of the cases me and my friends had especially first offense cases get thrown out after a bunch of postponments!!1 +

keep your fingers crossed.

ow ya guys i went to lowes today and got more daylight 6500k cfl's
so now the new box has all those bulbs instead of mixing it :0)
from the little time i left to lowes and back this plant grew a bunch:0)
its growing quick.and im already having those 2 tops starting to come out the leaves aresticking up almost out all the way.
and when iget my check im going to go get these clear plastic shelve tent things.they have metal netted shelves like my hieght with clear plastic covering everything but the bottom is open so i might have to figure something out so n gnats or anything could get in.its like a humidity thing.so im going to have to figure out if i could set a fan set up in there and keep the humidity too.i might get 2 just in case i mess one up with the experiment :0). they are only 30something dollars each :0)

looks like ahreat learning experience thread to me i see progress every page

Yeah man, it def is. This journal is perfect for new growers to watch, because its also a newer grower that is growing. And they can learn from the mistakes, and also learn from the things clowdy learns on the grow. Also, there is lots of great advice in journals like this.

And your right, the progress every update is phenomenal. He is learning really well. At the start, I was not so sure how it was going to turn out, but he fixed his problems, and is doing great. Thats the best way to learn, hands on.

I can't wait to see the first few hairs, its going to be very exciting for you clowdy. Keep on growing!

hey everyone thanks for the comments.
ya this is really is my first grow the other grows like in the begining i really dot count cuz i really didnt know what i was doing at all.thats why they grew so big and stretchy.
if i knew then what i know now those first plants would have been great right now :0)
but ya i have learned so much sence ive been here and from alot of people on here.i read alot of peoples threads and grow faqs and take advise from people and friends on here.i didnt even know how this plant in general was going to turn out myself.i thought the worse.but things worked out real good so far and im surprised.and after everything i did wrong im surprised too that my baby is still growing so fast and healthy.when my baby wakes up all the way ill take some pics of her"hopefully HER" the underneith of her has leaves everywhere on the stem.im talking everywhere,u could barely see th stem.and sence i fimed it u could tell it would of been 8 inches or more by now if i didnt by looking at the other leafs.and where i did fim it u could see nice new growth compared to the pics when i just fimed it.u could see the diff.so when she wakes up all the way ill take a bunch of pics and post them up.
ow ya and dusty look at the last pages and go back some to the new pics those ones are the plant that im doing now.ur looking at the old plants and im not useing foil anymore.

good look guys thanks
hey i just looked at the bottom of my big pot and i coulc see some roots in the holes :0(
:0).i already transplanted it like 3 or 4 times already and i know transplanting them to much put alot of stress on the plant.not good to transplant to many times i heard.
but everytime i transplant it i always keep all the soiland roots intact really never gets messy.if u go back even to some of the old pages of this plants grow i have a pic up of this plant when i transplanted it before i put it into a new pot to show everyone the root build up and moisture of the soil and that hole thing was all intact. so i know i was giving alot less to no stress to it at all.do u guys think i should transplant it again?
i could see roots when i look into the holes of the bottom of the pot.or should i just leave it alone?and im going to be takin pics soon and post them.but would like to know what yall think about my questions first before i do .
