So I think FDD was TOO stoned to be giving up info there that would get him in trouble with the FBI. The mailing across state lines seems more the case here if the FBI is involved. I wish him and especially his family the best of luck, seems like they're getting a lot of support here, I hope it keeps up.
I think we users/growers in Ca are becoming a bit to comfortable in the casual trade of medicine with-in our state. As more and more of us become users /growers, more and more greed will set in. Why sell our left over meds to the dispensaries here in Ca at $80 an Oz when the growers can get $300 an Oz across state lines?(I'm sure larger amounts MAY HAVE BEEN involved, but I hope you get my point).

Thanks, TMB, for your real time observations of the BBQ. From a distance, agree this was likely a USPS situation and not connected to the BBQ if it's the FBI and DEA doesn't give a damn. You're absolutely right we are getting mighty casual in legal states. Sitting in a state where my Governor is knocking on Obama's door asking him to reschedule, have gotten too complacent legally growing. Have to sanitize my car before I to go Canada! Before I grew, I was much tidier.

Our biggest worry here is the latest initiative which would prohibit home growing. The movement is splitting into two factions, business and home-grown, and we need pay some mind to that. cheers, mg

You are right on TMB...I was sitting right there with all three of them all night - too effing stoned to move around and socialize. This had nothing to do with the BBQ.

There is a mens + womans prison & federal court nearby?

I just googled it & 1 of the 1st links is a story about a woman sent to the prison there for marijuana cultivation o_O

I googled the article..it's from 1995, so hopefully things have improved in 17 years.

Crazy shit happens at every jail.I cant see fdd causing problems so he'll probably be alright.Most he'll probably have to deal with is dumbass people talking shit.
