ThanksSpectrum King, I think, not positive but 90-120 lumens per watt. Not very efficient in comparison.

cutting the power in half might be attainable but youd be running LEDs super soft. prob $3-5 a watt to do that with a DIY rigI dont know man I have one lamp HPS (600w) on one square meter and Im looking for to get that to be more efficent maybe 200-300 watt per square meter, but with the same amount of the finished product or near as with HPS lamp.
Did you see the second half? Added the rest after the original. Thanks
Yes I did now, there isnt anywhere near me a commercial area.. Im thinking to buy a big ass generator and stick with HPS, I can always bring fuel..Did you see the second half? Added the rest after the original.
Ohhh thanks man.anybody who says they can replace an HPS at half the wattage or less is full of shit and they do not deserve your money
5/8 is doable though. Not that comp. should advertise like that & shit bum comp. using crap aren't even close. But from a consumer standpoint, that's what I see.anybody who says they can replace an HPS at half the wattage or less is full of shit and they do not deserve your money
Super false claim, like Cobby said.Hey guys! What do you think about King plus grow lights double chip 600w?? Any experience ? It says the actual power consumption is 120watts? I mean if thats true thats very efficient.. They say it replace a 600 w HPS in the terms of the light.. Thanks
I hear you. You could get efficient LEDs & use almost 1/2 the fuel. That would be big I'd think. Especially 1/2 the time fueling up. There's the real bitch about a generator. Plus it's emissions & noise but there's ways around that.Hey guys! What do you think about King plus grow lights double chip 600w?? Any experience ? It says the actual power consumption is 120watts? Yes man.. thats what I am searching for.. ThanksI hear you. You could get efficient LEDs & use almost 1/2 the fuel. That would be big I'd think. Especially 1/2 the time fueling up. There's the real bitch about a generator. Plus it's emissions & noise but there's ways around that.
Off-grid solar....Hello! I dont know what DIY means?
Can you explain? The idea was to know a substitute light anywhere near the quality of the HPS in the terms of the weight of the final product?
Because I am thinking to go on 20mx20m and thats the lot of kilowatts. You cannot pay for them because they will notice the big electricity bill! You cannot steal them cause they will notice the losses.
Maybe I could just stick to HPS and buy a generator for lamps... Thanks
It's a little different but this is what I used to cut my electricity in less then half. They're a big hit w/ Cali commercial growers.Yes man.. thats what I am searching for.. Thanks
LED+ solar is a match made in heavenOff-grid solar....
Lets say for a hundred LEDs (100mx100m) with good spectrum. How big would off grid solar would have to be?LED+ solar is a match made in heaven
Hi!I am looking to buy a lights. I am looking for best replacement for HPS with good efficiency. I have my reasons and its not about money. Im thinking to go on bigger project and here in Europe you dont want to steal an electricity. Thanks
