Putting your 600wat HPS 6" away from seedlings that are already having some issues is not a good advice. How much light do you think those tiny leaves can make use of?

Your slow growth is attributed to starting in a large pot. Feeding and maintaining the proper moisture content in a large pot is challenging and difficult unless you've had experience doing it.

I know you're growing autos, but they can be started in smaller pots and transplanted without issue. Most auto growers transplant.
What's worse? A 14 day old seedling that looks like it's 2 days old because of slow growth or a day of transplant shock?

Two weeks from sprout in coco for a comparison.

Good luck.

I've never used those nutes, so I can't help with strength.

As I mentioned in an earlier post.......feeding will be a challenge until the roots are well established........that's why a smaller container is best.

The basics of coco.
Feed daily to run off with a pH around 6.0.
Never give plain water.
Never let it get dry.

Yes those are small plants for 14 days. Is there a reason you chose to grow auto's indoors? 2 weeks in and plants that size is not good. With auto's if you have issues you might not have time to do anything before they go into flower and those being so small you might end up with tiny plants that start flowering. Photoperiod plants allow you to correct issues and flower when you want.

And your pH should be lowered to 6.0 as already stated.

Hi I've never grown autos before and I've got these under 2x 600w dule spec hps lights and humidity is at around 44% and temp is around 28c these are amnesia and green crack is it just me but shouldn't the amnesia be bigger for 14days old
My auto took about 35 days before I noticed indication that it was flowering even though people said that particular strain was suppose to finish Veg much quicker. Just keep watering and be patient shouldn’t be too long for you

If those plants start flowering after 35 days they'll be tiny 4" plants that will yield 1/2 gram each.

Unless there is some actual reason to grow auto's indoors like tossing a couple in a veg tent I don't understand why people grow them. They're best for short season outdoor growing or getting a harvest mid summer outdoors. Indoors it rarely makes sense to grow auto's when you'll get superior genetics with photo's and have more control over your grow. Changing the timer for the lights takes seconds.

I understand your point but,

I was just giving an example of just cause it says it should begin X phase after so many days and it hasn’t don’t worry about it.

Alot of people gets auto seeds as freebies from seed orders, & like to try something different. I’ve seen people run autos & pull 4 oz + on a single plant indoors under those supposed shitty “blurple” lights everyone knocks.

Most Autos today have had Superior Genetics bred into them & have been stabilized for consistent results.
